Installation steps of gas jacketed kettle:

1. Tighten the two setscrews of the support frame. When shaking the pot, the inlet and outlet pipes at both ends are not allowed to rotate with the pot.
 
2. After the installation is completed, the agitated gas jacketed kettle should be tested for an empty truck, and it can be put into production only after the transmission components are running normally.
 
3. After air intake, if there is air leakage at the joint, tighten the nut until it does not leak.
 
Instructions for use of gas jacketed cooking kettle:
 
1. Remove the heater and put on the gas ignition cover.
 
2. Open the pressure reducing valve and the air inlet port.
 
3. Open the air valve counterclockwise, and the open flame is ignited. (For stoves equipped with a fire, please light the fire first).
 
4. Simultaneously adjust the air valve and air valve switch until the desired flame is reached.
 
5. Stop working and close the angle valve and air valve.
